At a NYC gala, we got a chance to ask the just-crowned Miss USA about the pageant, her newfound celebrity, and the initiatives she looks to champion.

VM recently attended A Caring Hand, The Billy Esposito Foundation’s 7th Annual Fundraising Gala this past Thursday, April 30, 2009 in NYC. All funds raised that evening went toward the Billy Esposito Bereavement Center. The center’s mission is to provide bereavement services for children and their families in a variety of ways, from helping them cope with grief to offering financial assistance to aid in their future education.
